Bethan is an Associate Solicitor with JCP Solicitors in the Court of Protection team based in Swansea. Beth is a graduate of Swansea University, Bethan attained a First Class Honours in Law in 2019. She then continued her studies by completing the Legal Practice Course and Masters of Laws, achieving a Distinction in both qualifications. Drawing upon her experience in the Deputy Legal team, Bethan focused her dissertation on the role of the Court of Protection in appointing lay and professional deputies.
Outside of work, Bethan enjoys exploring the coastline in Wales and spending time with her family and friends.
